Our team

LEC Enterprises is a veteran-owned small business.  In fact, at present it's a one-man show -- Matthew Jones, Colonel, U.S. Marine Corps, retired!  His twenty-seven years of active Marine Corps service, in peace and in war, gives him a broad expertise in operational and strategic planning, and in coaching and training planners, that can be of value to any commercial or governmental firm or agency.

We have extensive experience in long-term conceptual and strategic planning and are ready and willing to plug into existing teams and processes. Again, primary expertise and experience military/governmental, but we are used to working on high-consequence, quick-turn projects and are ready to keep doing that for you.

We will provide specific subject matter expertise from perspective of 27 years of combat and non-combat service as Marine Corps infantry officer. Specific areas of expertise include MCPP, MDMP, Service and Joint combat development processes, operational assessment, and operational expertise based on combat command in IOperations Desert Storm, Restore Hope, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
